Spatial Narrative & Indian Context
Rejecting sterile corporate aesthetics, this boutique workplace in Noida draws inspiration from craft ateliers and academic libraries. Designed for a 45-person multidisciplinary studio, it offers an agile balance between deep private focus and vibrant collaborative dialogue.
Zones flow seamlessly: high-focus library desks with integrated power and acoustic felt dividers sit alongside open project pin-up pinboards, material testing benches, and sunlit lounge pods.
Circadian lighting automatically shifts temperature from crisp 4000K in the morning to gentle 2700K warmth in late afternoon, aligning with the team’s natural biological rhythms.
